1. Shipping Standard & Transit Times

All orders are processed and shipped within our standard timeframes. Please note that shipping times consist of Handling Time (processing your order) + Transit Time (delivery by the carrier).

  • Handling/Processing Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Standard Delivery Time: 7 - 15 Business Days
  • Expedited Delivery Time: 5 - 8 Business Days


2. Shipping Costs & Rates

We believe in full transparency. The shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: $11.99

3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

Currently, jinkesiclothing only ships to United States.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

5. Damages, Loss, and Missing Items

jinkesiclothing is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


6. Duties, Taxes, and Customs

For US Orders: All prices listed include relevant sales taxes where applicable. No additional customs fees will apply.

For International Orders (if applicable): jinkesiclothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
