Thank you for shopping at jinkesiclothing! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return and refund policy is fully compliant with shopping platform standards to ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience.
You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all product tags attached.
You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@jinkesiclothing.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.
All authorized returns must be shipped directly to our dedicated return warehouse at the following address:

⚠️ ATTENTION: Please DO NOT ship any packages back to this address without a confirmed RMA number from our customer service. Unidentified packages sent directly to our warehouse cannot be tracked or inspected, and NO REFUND will be issued for unauthorized returns.
Defective or Wrong Items (Our Fault): If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, jinkesiclothing will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
Customer Remorse (Your Fault): If you purchased the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected at our Jurupa Valley warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card or PayPal) within 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jinkesiclothing.com.
